HIGH TORQUE DRILLING MOTOR-HEAD ASSEMBLY
The High Torque Motor-Head Assembly was designed to combine five basic coil tubing
tools into one compact unit. The Motor Head Assembly is available in all common tool
string sizes with additional sizes available upon request. A coil connector, double
flapper check valve, drop ball disconnect, drop ball circulating sub and a rupture disc is
incorporated into each assembly creating one very short tool. The disconnect portion
of the tool was designed to withstand the vibration and torsional loading commonly
associated with the use of downhole motors and hammers without disconnecting
prematurely due to wear. The disconnect incorporates a standard internal profile to
facilitate retrieval of the fish with the Hydraulic Release Internal Pulling Tool.
