elevators, casing elevators, spiders, casing bowls, and manual

National Oilwell Elevators are manufactured to API specification 8A.
8A elevators are delivered with a Letter of Conformity, Certificate of
Load Test, and a Certificate of MPI Testing. Various configurations
include bottleneck, single joint and square shoulder for casing,
tubing and drill collars. Elevators to API-8C are available upon
request.
National Oilwell Slips are designed for API-4 tapered bowls with an
expanded back support area compared to competitors slips and
provide a greater overall insert contact with tubulars. The 25° angle
dovetail slot and insert design gives longer service life and mini-
mizes insert loss. Configurations include drill collar, casing, small
bowl slips Type B, and XL drill pipe slips.
Casing slips for sizes 95/8" - 20" for API-3 tapered bowls are also
available.
National Oilwell Safety Clamps are an essential tool for handling
drill collars and any tubular goods with flush joints or low profile
shoulders. Removable segments allow for adjustment of the
National Oilwell Safety Clamp to handle pipe sizes from 11/8" to
22".
National Oilwell Manual tongs are offered in torque ranges from the
lightweight small 16,000 ft/lb SLF to the larger and more rugged
100,000 ft/lb SDD and are completely interchangeable with other
major manufacturers tongs. Each tong features tough, heavy-duty
design with heat-treated hinge pins and long-lasting stagger tooth
tong dies.
Many safety features are available upon request. Consult your
