79 THE VERTICAL STARRACKER DUAL This pipe racking system extends the operating and flexibility to include racking of any size drill pipe and collars, in stands of triples or quads, and casing up to 13 ³/8 inch stands of doubles. This Dual version has one set of arms and claws for pipe / collars, and one set of arms and claws specific for casing.  This allows both independent set of operations to be specifically designed for the purpose, and allows for unique operating performance and alternatives.  The concept builds on the same principle as our standard vertical racking system, but the main column has a unique design which allows the pipe arms and casting arms to pass each other. The unique slim multifunction gripping claws, allow full access to all fingers, and depths of entrance, even if the fingers on either side are full. The Vertical StarRacker Dual is suitable for any new or upgraded standard drill floor, but will provide the optimal utilization in new builds with extreme requirements for both setback capacity, operating speed, flexibility and redundancy. The StarRacker Dual can be delivered with pipe arms only - if casing handling is not required. StarRacker is standard available in both electric AC powered and hydraulic versions.
