Configure

By discussing the job in detail with the client from the start, IntelliServ is able to make an informed evaluation of the objectives and achieve a clear understanding of the design of the well. Questions will be asked to ascertain who and where the data needs to be made available. At this early stage, the bottom hole assembly, surface equipment specifications and top drive conversion will be discussed to ensure optimal data extraction, acquisition of data at surface and transfer to the system.

Connect

IntelliServ provides customers with secure and reliable Downhole and Surface Connections. All connections are fully tested in IntelliServ's tool shop before deployment and are designed to be compatible with all service providers. Satellite connections can be provided where appropriate. IntelliServ connects in standard protocols, and when deployed will provide daily reports of network status and health monitoring of connections to provide our customers with optimum  transfer of data.

Acquire

IntelliServ enables data to be acquired at the Bottom Hole Assembly and for the first time all along the drill string. The network makes possible the capture of high-definition data and provides a unique opportunity for Service Companies and Operators to explore new sets of data which they have never had access to before. Acquired data will be used for decision making as data is required, and regular calibration and quality control of drill string measurements ensures our customers always get the facts about downhole events.

Transfer

IntelliServ provides high-quality, bi-directional data transfer in high-definition and at a faster rate than ever before—57,000 bits-per-second compared to the industry standard 10 bits-per-second. High-speed, high-volume, high-definition information is now available to our customers at the right location, from at-surface to the company HQ.
Actuate

Two-way, high-volume data flow enables our customers to explore new levels of Tool Actuation and provides an ability to reconfigure, recalibrate and diagnose during drilling operations which means costly trips can be avoided.
