RigSense Information Systems reach far beyond today's leading instrumentation, displays and drilling recorders with its touchscreen, multifunction display. Much more than just a drillfloor monitor, it allows the drillers to configure screens to display drilling information that best suits their needs. Data can be viewed numerically and/or in graphs. Alarm conditions can be set and are indicated by readily identifiable yellow and red backgrounds. Alarm parameters are easily modified for changing conditions and rig activity, allowing you to proactively manage your drilling process before problems occur.

Unit Conversion Capability
Channel units can be displayed in either US Customary (English) or International System (SI or metric).
Toolface Directional Survey Capability
Toolface provides real-time directional survey information for more precise directional and horizontal drilling. Its use reduces the need for redundant displays, and be viewed on any onsite RigSense station.
Strip Chart Display
In addition to the 2-pen display, 3 and 4-pen displays are also available.
e-Totco® Multishot Survey Ability
Both single and multiple-shot e-Totco surveys for optimized controlled vertical drilling. Multishot capability enables up to 64 inclination measurements per trip, reducing inclination survey time and costs.

RIGSENSE® SYNERGY OPTIONS
Electronic Drilling Recorder (EDR)With the touch of a finger, a RigSense system becomes a doghouse recorder. Taking the place of old-fashioned pen-and-paper recorders, it records all rig activity for up to one year. Records are searchable and can be viewed at a variety of resolutions. The RigSense system operates as a single interface, allowing rig personnel to access historical information, make notations and send messages to communicate with other displays on the rig.
Streamline drilling operations using our Pipe Tally. It assists the driller by automating mundane tasks such as calculating BHA lengths, drill pipe length, drill string length, and kelly-down depth.
The patented, state of the art technology found in the Wildcata ADS has now been migrated to an electronic platform to work seamlessly within NOV's RigSense EDR system. The e-Wildcat® provides constant force and feed to generate a higher quality wellbore and optimize the rate of penetration. While in auto drill mode, the system provides smooth and accurate operation and control of the brake handle using precise variable frequency drive technology and multiple drilling parameter monitoring.

Pit Volume Totalizer (PVT)
With another touch of your finger, a RigSense system now becomes a PVT system, delivering vital information on mud volume and flow conditions. Monitor these parameters to deal with a potential kick quickly and effectively. The company man and toolpusher can instantly review the same information on their displays so that decisions on courses of action can be reached efficiently and effectively.

e-Wildcat Electronic Auto Drilling System
RigSense integrates with NOV's electronic autodrilling system if rented. The new electronic version of the Wildcat autodriller can monitor up to four drilling parametters at the same time, providing steady-state weight and/or differential pressure at the drill bit to improve wellbore quality and optimize the rate of penetration (ROP).

Wellsite Gas Watch System
Wireless sensor unit uses dual infrared hydrocarbon sensing technology. RigSense plots triple curve time and depth based logs for equivalent methane in air (EMA), equivalent propane in air (EPA) and total gas percentage by volume. Geologists can view, annotate and print logs based on time or depth.

e-Totco Drift Management System
Leverage the time savings and efficiency improvements of gathering drift survey measurements for vertically drilled wellbores. The integration of the eTotco with RigSense provides inclination data storage capability and removes the requirement to manually fill out paper reports. Through RigSense, data from the survey ticket can be uploaded into the deviation survey section of the tour sheet, the Form W-12 or other regulatory reports. The approvals can be then be facilitated using our exclusive signature pad.

Productivity Around the Rig
Ease of use and adaptability are not limited to the drill floor. The same functionality available to the driller is available to the drilling engineer, rig supervisor and other key rig personnel. RigSense workstations can be located virtually anywhere around the rig to provide the same consistent, high quality information to the company man, tool pusher and mud engineer.
Report Management System (RMS)
RigSense RMS technology streamlines rig reporting operations. Cumbersome data collection for billing and payroll purposes is easily automated to provide IADC approved format morning and payroll reports. Relevant data from the previous day is populated in the forms along with new information collected. NOV can even configure custom reports tailored to meet your business needs on the system. Reports can be filled out in less time allowing you to focus less on administration and more on your business of drilling.
WellData™ Website Technology brings Business Systems Integration
When you use our WellData Website Information System, the RigSense reports can be sent directly to the home office via email, or can be viewed through your web browser anywhere - correct and on time. We can provide customized reports to meet your unique business needs. To provide information in the most timely manner, report information can be automatically populated from WellData data bases to our DrillWell Business Integration System and directly into your business critical applications. This enhances cost management control and reduces your administration, letting you focus more on your business of drilling.
