National Oilwell Varco's Mission Drill Collar Thread Compound (Sealant with Moly) TFE is a high pressure grease for rotary connections. It is compounded with TFE-fluorocarbon resin, molybdenum disulfide, and other solid additives to maintain a positive thread seal while preventing galling in the most extreme environments. Special corrosion inhibition and oxidation stabilization packages are present. It ensures a positive seal under pressure and ease of breakout without excessive torque. Recommended for rotary shoulder connections in high torque operations. It is easy to apply to hot, wet or dry surfaces.
