OPTIMIZING LIQUIDS/SOLIDS SEPARATION AT THE FLOWLINE

The National Oilwell Varco Brandt® LCM-2D Shaker is available as a linear-motion shaker or as a cascade shaker. The cascade version combines a CM-2 scalping shaker (top basket) with the fine screening ability of the LCM-2D shaker (bottom basket) for maximum solids removal efficiency.

With the cascade model, the circular motion CM-2 has a 0° deck angle and 22.5 ft2 of screen area, making it superior to other designs for separation of large and stick solids.

All LCM-2D shakers use a reliable, low-maintenance drive system for years of dependable, trouble-free operation.

The ContourPlus LCM-2D screen deck uses three screens. The feed end screen is set at 0°, while the middle and discharge end screens are inclined at +5°. This design reduces the depth of the liquid pool to improve solids conveyance and minimize weight on fine screens.

Fluid loss is minimized and cuttings dryness is enhanced with the patented Brandt drying deck. The drying deck also saves space by reducing the overall footprint.
