    Description

The most rugged RFID chip ever is one of our cornerstones

TracTag tag is specially designed to withstand the extreme conditions in deep offshore and onshore wells.

Used for more than 10 years in down-hole applications Trac Tag master the most demanding conditions and is recognized and accepted by central players in the drilling industry.

    Small and powerful
The tag dimensions allow mounting in most down-hole equipment without jeopardizing equipment integrity.

    Features/Benefits

This 125 kHz passive RFID tag is used to identify drillpipe and other downhole equipment within the oil and gas industry.

This tag is specially designed to withstand the extreme conditions seen in deep offshore and onshore wells.

Through extensive field testing, the tag has been qualified in real operations and is now recognized and accepted by the market leaders in the drilling industry.

Small physical dimensions enable mounting in most downhole equipment without jeopardizing equipment integrity.

The tag mounted in its mounting slot, is designed to be read by a stationary RFID reader in the well center of the drill floor.

Automatic reading at tripping speeds exceeding 2.5 m/s should be expected. With a handheld reader, a reading distance of 0-10 cm should be expected.
