- Technical Trainers Certification
Two sessions of the CTT+ Preparation Learnshop® with Curt Valmy from OM-Tech Learning,
www.om-tech.com/nov.htm , took place in October and November.
- 10 instructors participated
in Session 1 at Westchase between 10/30 and 11/1 2007
- 9 instructors participated
in Session 1 at Bammel between 11/13 and 11/16
Custom web sites and internet access capability was developed.
- Curriculum design
The curriculum team is working on the development and improvement of our documentation; including:
- Student Workbooks
- Notes
- Instructor Guides
- Presentations
Some courses in curriculum review include: TDS 8,9,10,11,1000, Land Rig TDS 10/11 ST80 Combo class and the ADS Drawworks.
- Production
Innovation in teaching techniques is globally applied, including the development of 3D animations of models, as well as custom assembly and disassembly sequences of parts by the production department. A new student manual format has been developed, and is incorporated in several courses.
