TK-34XT is the first abrasion-resistant drill pipe coating specifically formulated to improve wear resistance in drilling environments. Drill pipe coated with TK-34XT is as much as three times more durable than pipe with standard coatings.

Enhanced durability is achieved without sacrificing temperature and chemical resistance, flexibility, or resistance to impact from slips and wireline tools. 

As with standard TK-34 coating, TK-34XT resists corrosion over a wide pH range while helping to improve flow. This effect can be most realized at the drill bit, through improved penetration rates.
