NOV® Tuboscope® offers Synergy™ and Tubo-Wrap™ external wraps to protect against corrosion as well as damage that may occur during transportation, storage, handling or installation. These polymer-based wraps extend the performance range compared with conventional wraps.

We can also tailor external coating performance to meet the specific corrosion and abrasion-protection needs of your environment.

Synergy 
A multilayer coating system consisting of a thermally activated primer, a cross-linked thermoplastic elastomer and polyolefin top layer. All layers are fused to produce strong mechanical and chemical bonds to maximize performance.

Tubo-Wrap 
An abrasion-resistant wrap system that provides corrosion protection and resistance to mechanical damage up to 320ºF (160ºC). The coating consists of a proprietary epoxy matrix and a polyphenylene sulfide membrane.
