NOV Grant Prideco’s eXtreme® Torque Metal Seal (XT-M™) has been the industry standard for applications demanding a gas-tight connection. XT-M™ has been used in the most challenging UBD wells, for high pressure frac jobs, on riser pipe for well intervention operations & other pressure sensitive operations.
The gas-tight seal is generated by radial interference, reducing the effects of tensile load. Capable of resisting high-pressure liquids and gas, the seal integrity is not affected by multiple trips.
