ArgusTubeSpec - An ultrasonic CT inspection system that measures wall thickness, outside diameter and ovality has been developed. This device was documented in SPE paper 81722.

Orion^_SL LifeSaver- A data acquisition system for slickline fatigue life tracking, the Orion^SL LifeSaver acquires, records, and displays slickline operating data to estimate fatigue along the length of a slickline. The system's calculated remaining fatigue life information is useful to help avoid costly field failures and to optimize the slickline replacement schedule

Zeta Safety System - Riser Monitoring & Safety System - BP and NOV CTES worked together to develop a system that measures the bending moment, axial force and internal pressure at one point in a lubricator/riser system. The system uses a real-time finite-element analysis to determine the maximum stresses throughout the system.

Fiber Optic Downhole Measurements - NOV CTES was funded by Sandia National Labs to develop a fiber optic (FO) cable installation system for installing a FO cable inside of CT while it is spooled. This system was developed and successfully tested. Now NOV CTES is looking into downhole measurements that can be made with this FO cable.

Coiled Tubing Test Machine (CTTM) - The CTTM is used to perform specialized CT testing projects.
