Conventional Stripper Packers

Conventional Stripper Packers have been the benchmark pack-off system for the coiled tubing industry since its introduction in the early 1980's. Through many years of field-proven service, its reliability and low-maintenance design have established it as the most cost effective pack-off available. The conventional stripper packer is designed to pack-off on coiled tubing as it is stripped in and out of the hole at well pressures up to 10,000 psi. This conventional unit uses the standard 4 inch diameter "Interlock" packer elements which can be easily changed by removing the top entry split cap and using hydraulic pack-off pressure to expose the packer for quick replacement. The conventional stripper packer is available in 2.50", 4.06", and 5.12" thru-bore sizes with working pressures to 10,000 psi and certification for NACE, North Sea Service, and Arctic applications.
