    Description

Specifically designed to cut the recovered core material and inner barrel to desired lengths after recovery and marking up, our saws are designed to ensure an efficient, safe cut with minimal damage to the core. Compatibility with our roller beams and lay down cradles ensures the core is less liable to be damaged and that HSE issues are addressed. We offer two different types of core saws:

    Coring Rotary Saw
Our electric, pneumatic, or petrol powered rotary saws can be equipped with diamond or carborundum blades. Fully enclosed units are also available.

    Coring Band Saw
Our pneumatic band saw uses diamond-gulleted blades to provide an unattended low-temperature cut. These saws produce less noise, dust, and heat, leaving the cut core ends more suitable for initial inspection and analysis.
