The NOV DTC will house three distinct capabilities:
- Software Engineering Center: Made up of innovative software engineers, this group will drive the development of advanced digital technologies, enhancing NOV's product portfolio.
- Corporate Digital Services: This team focuses on NOV's internal digital infrastructure and facilitating digital transformation for our customers.
- Customer Support Center (CSC): Working in tandem with our CSC based in the United States, this team expands our capabilities in providing 24/7 global customer support, ensuring seamless integration and value realization of our digital solutions.
Building on NOV's decades of experience in data services and digital solutions that enable our customers to meet their digitalization and carbon neutrality goals, the DTC will accelerate our development and implementation of existing and new products.
