The NOV DTC will house three distinct capabilities:

  • Software Engineering Center: Made up of innovative software engineers, this group will drive the development of advanced digital technologies, enhancing NOV's product portfolio.

  • Corporate Digital Services: This team focuses on NOV's internal digital infrastructure and facilitating digital transformation for our customers.

  • Customer Support Center (CSC): Working in tandem with our CSC based in the United States, this team expands our capabilities in providing 24/7 global customer support, ensuring seamless integration and value realization of our digital solutions.

Building on NOV's decades of experience in data services and digital solutions that enable our customers to meet their digitalization and carbon neutrality goals, the DTC will accelerate our development and implementation of existing and new products.

To celebrate the launch of the NOV DTC, we are hosting an exclusive event on September 21 at the Grand Hyatt Kochi. Distinguished guests, including government representatives and members of the press, will join us to witness the unveiling of the center. This event serves as a platform to showcase our capabilities throughout the region and highlights our commitment to local talent development.
