Since joining, Van has participated in over 15 races alongside his buddy, Hunter. Their partnership is a powerful example of inclusion in action—embodying the mission of Ainsley’s Angels and the spirit of NOV’s Global Family core value. At NOV, we believe in lifting each other up and creating space for everyone to belong, and Van’s dedication to inclusive racing perfectly reflects that commitment.
What makes Van’s story even more impactful is how it has inspired others. His enthusiasm and leadership have encouraged several CTES team members to get involved, whether by volunteering at races, running alongside riders, or spreading awareness of the cause.
