Kevin Frederick

Kevin Frederick

President

Before Kevin transitioned within NOV to Ameron in 2021, he held a variety of positions in finance, sales, operations, and supply chain management. As the leader of the Ameron business, Kevin provides strategic direction to the team. He works diligently to understand and anticipate customer needs and promotes business-wide ownership of customer care. A licensed CPA in the state of Texas, Kevin earned his BBA in Accountancy from the University of Houston. Prior to his career with NOV, Kevin worked at Schlumberger, AF Global, and Precision Castparts.

Mike Hanvey

Michael Hanvey

Director, Finance

Mike joined NOV in 2012 and has held various financial roles during his tenure, most recently as Director of Finance, Ameron. He brings 45 years of relevant experience, having begun his career working in commodities on Wall Street in the New York financial district. Mike is a graduate of Bernard Baruch College in New York with a B.B.A. in Accounting and holds an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University in New York.

Michael Mize

Michael Mize

Director, Operations

Mike began his career with NOV in 2005 as Plant Manager of the Anniston Pole Products Plant. In 2018, he took over as Director of Aftermarket Sales and Services. He was later promoted to oversee operations for all the Ameron manufacturing plants and service locations. Mike has an Associate's degree in Industrial Electricity and Electronics from Ayers State Technical College and a B.S. in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and Industrial Management from Jacksonville State University.

Tracy Quillin

Tracy Quillin

Director, Sales

Tracy joined NOV in 2013 with the acquisition of Robbins & Myers and has held various roles in sales, sales management, and product line management. In 2021, she moved to Ameron as a Regional Sales Manager over the Southwest, and now leads sales in the Transportation, Commercial and Industrial, and Municipalities markets. She also oversees sales support by Ameron’s Customer Care team for all markets. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the NOV Ventures program with an Executive Masters in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas.

Kristin Desjadon

Kristin Desjadon

Director, Wireless Infrastructure

Kristin leads our strategy and sales initiatives for the wireless infrastructure market, including small cell and other connectivity-based solutions. She started with NOV in March of 2021, previously serving in business development. Kristin has vast experience in telecommunications after spending 19 years in various positions at Verizon Wireless. She has a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and an MBA in Management from Centenary University.

Wes Myers

Wesley Myers

Director, Engineering

Wesley began his career with Ameron as the Engineering Manager of steel products in 2015 at NOV’s Tulsa facilities. He possesses over 35 years of experience in structural products design and fabrication. Currently, Wes works as the Engineering Manager for all products and is responsible for the products’ structural design, fabrication detailing, and quality assurance for all facilities. Wes holds a Bachelor of Science of Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Lauren Brooks

Director, Strategy

Lauren started her career with NOV in 2006 as part of a rotational management training program. She has subsequently held roles in engineering, project management, operations, and finance for various divisions within the company. She joined the Ameron team in 2019 and focuses on long-term strategic growth for the business, including market analysis, strategic partnerships, R&D, and M&A. Lauren holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA in Finance from Rice University.

Candace Gooding

Manager, Supply Chain

Candace joined NOV in 2015 through the Next Generation rotational program. Before joining Ameron in 2019, she was first a Supply Chain Manager for the Floating Production Systems group and then Lead of Commodities on the project procurement team for the Wellstream Processing group. As Supply Chain Manager, Candace leads process improvement initiatives to reduce purchasing risk, optimize procurement processes, and implement best practices from within the industry and from other areas of NOV. She is also an avid volunteer with Derricks and Diamonds, the Junior League of Houston, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Candace graduated from the University of Arkansas with her BBA in Supply Chain Management and is pursuing her MBA at Rice University.
