A Summer Celebration for Wish Kid Mia

On July 28, we welcomed Wish Kid Mia and her family to the NOV Tower for a special celebration following her Make-A-Wish trip to Aquatica Waterpark at SeaWorld Florida. The event gave employees the opportunity to celebrate alongside Mia as she returned home from a wish centered on sunshine, swimming, and making lasting family memories.

Mia is a creative, energetic young girl who loves reading, soccer, drawing, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. She hopes to become a nurse one day, and her caring spirit made her celebration especially meaningful for everyone who attended.

The afternoon brought together employees, Make-A-Wish staff and volunteers, Mia's family, and several NOV wish kid alumni. It was a chance to reconnect, celebrate Mia's experience, and recognize the impact that wish experiences have on children and their families.

Partnering with Make-A-Wish is one way we support the communities where we live and work. Celebrations like this remind us that meaningful partnerships extend beyond a single event. They create opportunities to stay connected, celebrate important milestones, and share moments that bring people together.
