Beneficiaries

Our beneficiaries provide critical resources for children living with cancer and their families. Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Center and Snowdrop Foundation also share a history of good stewardship. Our donors and sponsors can be confident that their contributions are allocated where they are needed most.

Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Center

As one of the largest pediatric cancer and hematology centers in the U.S., Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Center provides individualized, state-of-the-art medical treatment for patients with childhood cancer and blood disorders.

Treating children from 50 states and more than 56 countries over the past 10 years, TCH aims to provide the most family-centered, advanced care available. In addition to continued excellence and leadership in treating all forms of pediatric cancer and blood disorders, Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Center continues to expand and grow to better serve our patients.

Snowdrop Foundation

The snowdrop is the first flower to bloom in the spring, even blooming when snow is still on the ground. It is a hearty flower, nearly indestructible by nature. Childhood cancer patients demonstrate indestructible attitudes and spirit while battling the life-threatening illness of childhood cancer. Named for the indestructible flower, Snowdrop Foundation provides scholarships for college-bound pediatric cancer patients and childhood survivors while raising awareness and funding for continued research to cure childhood cancer. Their donations are designated to four specific areas: Snowdrop Scholarship Program, Teen Program, Research, and Awareness.

Use of Donations

100% of monetary donations made to Derricks & Diamonds are transferred directly to Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Center, while proceeds from the tournament's raffle and silent auction support the Snowdrop Foundation. NOV Inc. shoulders the tournament's operating costs so every dollar donated goes directly towards improving the lives of children living with cancer.
