Derricks & Diamonds is an advocacy group with a mission to unite the energy industry through unique philanthropic events benefiting organizations in the fight against pediatric cancer.
Since 2005, we have raised more than $4.9 million benefiting Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Center and Snowdrop Foundation, making Derricks & Diamonds one of the most successful philanthropic initiatives of its kind. Derricks & Diamonds is more than just a single day. It’s a year-long culmination of philanthropic events, including: the charity Softball Tournament, the Field of Dreams Benefit, the Snowdrop Raffle, and additional fundraising events.

In addition to the softball tournament, Derricks & Diamonds hosts the Field of Dreams Benefit, where tournament participants, our beneficiaries, and energy industry professionals celebrate the tournament proceeds and winners. The benefit will feature a live and silent auction, as well as a check presentation of the 2025 campaign proceeds. With your help, we can continue the legacy of giving and knock our fundraising goals out of the park.
