Register here Sign inWilco™ bulk cement transport trailers are built with two pressure vessels for transporting and unloading bulk cement and other powdered bulk materials. With safety in mind, the transport trailers incorporate ASME-code pneumatic pressure vessels mounted in an open-frame trailer, giving them the lowest center of gravity on the market.
Our trailers are designed to deploy to wellsites and other locations loaded with bulk material. Utilizing an integrated or offboard compressor, the bulk cement is pneumatically displaced to storage silos, batch mixers, or pumping units. Standard units are designed for maximum payload.
Along with the standard WBT-620 and WBT-660 models, we also offer a special desert transport trailer design. Featuring 710-ft³ (20.1-m³) capacity, this custom trailer is equipped with a short body-length frame, surge tank, dust collector, and protective engine enclosure. Other custom designs and options are also available.
Features
- Manual manifold valves standard with optional remote-control air-actuated valves
- Optional Wilco surge tanks interface between bulk cement storage tanks and cement mixing equipment
- Optional dust collectors
Bulk Cement Transport Trailer Vessel Specifications
*Note: The tanks are designed per ASME pressure vessel code for temperatures above -20 °F (-29 °C). Special low-temperature (-50 °F [-45.6 °C]) pressure vessels can be optionally supplied.
