Description

The Hercules™ Lubricating Upper Gland (LUG) provides a pathway for packing lubrication to extend the life of the elastomer and reduce maintenance costs. It comes standard on every classic Hercules stuffing box with Zerk fitting for periodic greasing and split-cone packing to control oil film on the polished rod. The LUG is available in a variety of sizes to fit almost any sized polished rod.
