Description

Our STAR™ Super Seal-Key Lock (SSKL) achieves faster and easier installation with our jointed fiberglass pipe. With sizes spanning 8"-40", SSKL can withstand pressures of 300 to 3,000 psi and with temperatures of 150°F (65°C), 200°F (93°C) & 212°F (100°C) designs available.

Our high-pressure designs are laminate designed using API 15HR and ISO 14692 procedures making it a reliable and trusted product in our Fiber Glass Systems portfolio. Its unique joining system specializes in the key-lock method of a self-restrained joint offering a quick assembly, by utilizing ductile locking keys for mechanical restraint. Joint is directly inserted with no rotation. Available with 1 or more locking keys depending on pressure requirements. Hydrostatic seal is made by means of an elastomeric O-ring.
