As the offshore wind industry continues to mature, the need for efficient and reliable Operations & Maintenance (O&M) has become increasingly critical. Larger and more complex wind farms demand more than routine service. They require heavy-duty solutions capable of handling main component replacements, cable repairs, and other advanced tasks. In response to these evolving needs, GustoMSC offers a range of innovative jack-up and vessel-based designs, equipped with specialized cranes and integrated technologies, to support the full spectrum of offshore wind O&M activities.

Jack-Ups for Main Component Replacement
GustoMSC’s self-propelled jack-ups are purpose-built for offshore wind maintenance, offering the flexibility to support a range of strategies. From routine servicing to main component replacement. With compact designs, high lifting capabilities, and generous deck space, these platforms are well-suited for operations in deeper waters and can take on multiple roles, including accommodation and logistics.
Equipped with telescopic-cranes and advanced digital systems, they enable safe and efficient lifting with improved maneuverability and optimal use of deck space. Helping operators to reduce downtime and boost overall O&M performance.
A New Class of Service Vessel
Enhydra MSOV: Expanding Offshore Maintenance Capabilities
To address the limitations of traditional service vessels in handling heavier offshore maintenance tasks, GustoMSC developed the Enhydra MSOV. Based on the Enhydra design series, this vessel is built for rapid mobilization and supports operations such as cable repairs and subsea inspections. It combines walk-to-work functionality, high-end accommodation, and integrated support craft with enhanced lifting capacity, extended outreach, and superior station keeping, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of O&M activities.
Floating Wind: Ready for the Next Generation
Floating wind farms require a new class of robust and adaptable maintenance solutions. GustoMSC is actively developing a roadmap to meet these needs, starting with the Enhydra MSOV 120F. This vessel is specifically designed for floating wind operations, offering capabilities such as tow-in/tow-out, mooring hook-up, and advanced walk-to-work access. It marks a significant step toward reliable, scalable O&M for the next generation of offshore wind.
