NOV selected to provide flexible pipe for three Equinor subsea projects

NOV has secured a contract from Equinor to supply flexible pipe for three subsea tieback projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) as part of Wave 1. The contract includes delivery of flexible pipelines for the proposed Brime, Omega Sør, and Tyrihans Nord projects.

Wave 1 marks a new approach to offshore field development and is the first of several planned development waves under Equinor’s NCS2035 strategy. By coordinating contract awards in multiple subsea tieback projects, the initiative aims to improve standardization, execution efficiency, and collaboration across the supply chain and accelerate the development of marginal discoveries.
