Instead of a traditional activity, the team created handmade blankets for Sky High for Kids, an organization that supports children facing cancer and their families. These blankets will provide comfort to seven families across Texas during a difficult time.
A representative from Sky High for Kids joined the session to share more about the organization’s work. From meals and care packages to hospital programs and research funding, the team gained a clear view of how support shows up for families when they need it most.
“It was an honor to support Sky High for Kids and be part of something that helps families across Texas,” said Franklin Lee. “Giving back while building a stronger team made this experience even more meaningful. We look forward to the next opportunity and welcome others to join us.”
Hearing the stories behind the mission brought purpose to every blanket made. Each one represents a simple act of care, and a reminder that small efforts can make a real difference.
