Optimal solution for efficient bleed-off operations

With an integral design that ensures minimal potential leakage paths, as well as redress time reduction, you can use the Elmar™ bleed-off sub when you require a bleed-off port on the lubricator string. Our bleed-off sub’s small replaceable body extends lubricator lift, minimizing operational costs. It is also particularly effective when used in conjunction with lightweight lubricators.

Third-party approved, covering API 6A and NACE (for H2S) certification, Elmar bleed-off subs are manufactured from fully traceable materials and are available with a ½-in. NPT port for connection of a suitable valve.

Supplied with industry-standard quick unions or flanges, our bleed-off sub options include block and bleed needle valve, as well as a gauge kit for monitoring and bleeding well pressure.
